$25k in 30 days
When it comes to writing… I usually write for other people.
And when it comes to coaching, I usually help business owners with their marketing and sales strategy as a whole. But recently, and this is something I’ve been wanting to do of more lately, I took on a coaching client to show them how I go about writing email and copy that leads to high-ticket sales.
Here’s what happened…
She sold $25k in the first 30 days.
She already had an existing coaching business, but things hit a low point.
Living in an expensive city, paying for advanced education, covering travel expenses for said education, and even hiring internally, things were starting to feel pretty tight for her.
And when she came to me she already had a lot going for her…
Amazing coach, great energy, good branding, experienced in sales, but speaking to the wrong crowd (which, at some point she self-identified, not me) about low-ticket offers. Even though I write often about the benefits of starting with services.
But the point is…
We were on the same page there when we first got started.
So the major change we made was focusing on how to write the emails and copy for the opt-in and sales pages so that when people get on a call, they’re already ready to buy. Not to say you don’t need to know how to do sales at that point.
But if someone gets on the call, and you try your best to find a reason to NOT work with them (cause you can’t help, they’re a bad fit, etc… whatever…)
And by the time you’re done asking questions, you literally can’t find a reason to turn them away…
Then that’s a really good place to be in if you ask me.
That means, when people get on a call with you, they’re coming in correct. Pre-framed, pre-sold, pre-disposed to need what you have to offer. And from what I’ve seen on the inside of million-dollar coaching agencies, this pre-framing process makes the whole coaching business a heck of a lot easier, and more pleasurable to be a part of.
Whether you’re flying solo, with or crew, or otherwise…
Aliens perhaps…
Are their aliens in your coaching business? If so, write back and tell me about it… I’d love to hear more.
Anyway…
That said, if you focus on writing emails and copy and positioning yourself the way I teach, then when people sign up for the sales call, you don’t ever feel like you’re wasting your time. And you don’t ever have to feel like the clients you’re working with are a drag.
Something to think about.
And something I’d like to show you how to do inside High Ticket Emails if you’re so inclined (peep the deets below):
