Are you ready for what’s coming in 2026?

I’ve spent the better part of the morning developing the application process for my upcoming client discovery lab cohort.

It’s the first live cohort inside the community I’m building to help you master the fundamentals of online marketing so you can stop guessing and start getting clear on what actually works in your niche, and build a reliable system to turn content into conversations, subscribers, and clients.

As mentioned in yesterday’s email, there’s a few people interested, the list is approaching 50 now.

But I also mentioned, that anyone who whole-heartedly applies, will get some very valuable consolation prizes even if the program isn’t a good fit for where you’re at right now. And the reason I’m doing that is because it’s helpful for me to know where you’re at in your business if you’re reading these emails, because then I can actually create profitable solutions for both of us.

Which is valuable for me, and I hope it’s valuable for you too.

Anyway, all to say, now’s a good time of year to take a step back…

It’s a good time to reflect on where you’re at and what you want for yourself and the growth of your business in 2026.

So if you’re feeling the call, consider taking time to reflect on what might be the sticking points for you in your business today, so that you can improve your chances of success for tomorrow.

Here’s a few questions that come to mind:

  • If someone landed on your profile today, could they clearly explain what you do in a single sentence?
  • When someone replies or DMs you, do you know how to guide the conversation forward?
  • If Threads disappeared tomorrow, would you be able to apply what you’ve learned to different traffic sources?
  • Can you confidently explain how your content turns into email subscribers and clients?
  • Are you guessing what your audience wants or are you testing it in real time through conversations?
  • Are you clear on what problem people are actually paying you to solve?
  • And, if everything worked the way you hoped over the next 90 days, would you recognize what made the difference?

Just a few different thoughts running through my mind today as I consider what to double down on in marketing for myself and others in the coming year. Maybe they’ll be helpful to you, maybe they won’t.

But if they are…

Consider signaling your interest for the community cohort launch waitlist and at the very least, walk away with something specifically useful for wherever you’re at now in your business growth journey.
