Can I show you something?

I’m constantly on the lookout for something better than Claude/Codex + Notion for handling your knowledge and content work.

Still, in 2026, nothing comes close.

And this morning, I’m reminded why.

I hopped on a call with Email Sanctuary VIP, Danielle Mitchell and walked her through the setup. Claude Code running locally on her computer, Notion in the cloud, and the two of them connected together in the simplest way possible.

By the end she said:

“You’re a hidden gem. Everyone should know about you.”

So I asked if I could quote her on that and she said ‘yes’.

But here’s the thing, all I did was show her how to take two tools she was already using, and start using them the way they were meant to be used, together.

Here’s why most people are currently struggling with it.

Agents interact with knowledge differently than humans do. Agents want files, folders, plain text, and a terminal. Humans want a place to look things up, see them laid out, and share them in a way they actually enjoy using.

So people try to solve it by picking one.

They go all-in on Obsidian and spend their nights troubleshooting why a plugin isn’t working. Or they go all-in on the cloud and wonder why their agent can’t actually do anything useful.

But you don’t have to pick.

You create with Claude or Codex on your own computer. You can create with Notion in the cloud. You can connect the two. And one drive the other. Or vice versa.

That’s why I thoroughly enjoy showing people who to use the popular apps their already using, but better.

Notion just works.

Claude and Codex just work.

No custom glue, apps, or connectors. Just give everything the proper set of instructions to start, and away you go.

Anyway… since I’ve been back from Palm Springs I’ve decided to shorten my work days, so I haven’t written up the specifics of the offer yet, but I’ll get to that this week.
