Claude riding shotgun
Today I’m doubling down something that was a hit the last time I did it.
I opened up 5 free spots in the community for something called The Lead Magnet Map. Which is a 60-minute working session where we map the first (or next) lead magnet you should build based on your offer.
The spots filled quickly.
And the first session is happening today.
So I’ve taken all the most important bits I know about building lead magnets, and dumped it all into a single markdown file (which is just a plain text document that AI tools can read well). So I can open that up in Claude, and we can go through the process of find ideas for these lead magnets in real time.
And in some cases, with Claude riding shotgun, we can generate those lead magnets right there on the call.
Especially if it’s a skill or interactive artifact built from your source documents.
In most cases, we’ll just get the preliminaries set up and I’ll hand it over for folks to complete in their own time so they don’t have to hand over mountains of intellectual property to my Claude account.
But the bottom line is, something that used to take hours or days to create, can now be completed in just an hour.
And the rest of that free time can be used to keep making whatever you create better.
Because everyone reading this knows it’s not about being lazy, it’s about being remarkable.
Anyway, my goal is to turn this whole process into a resource inside the community so others can follow along too and build their lead magnets along the way.
If that’s interesting to you, just reply back and let me know.
I just might do it.
Best,
Kevin Hood
