Do you want to schedule your Threads posts right from Notion?

Most writers on Threads track the same two metrics.

Likes and views.

Makes sense… that’s what the analytics show you. But neither tells you which posts are actually growing your business.

Yesterday, I posted on Threads about why I create everything in Notion first.

It’s because two simple automations allow me to publish to Threads straight from Notion, sync metrics back, auto follow up with CTAs on my best performing posts, and even track which posts generate new email subscribers.

And I think anyone not using Notion like this right now is getting left behind.

But it’s not just Threads…

I use notion for emails, content, client work, sales pages, and more… the whole sha-bang.

And yeah, I sync open rates, clicks, revenue, and all sorts of information back automatically.

Why? Because when your AI lives where your work lives, you stop losing context every time you open a new chat window. Most AIs, and most AI enhanced apps have this closed loop problem. You can connect them to things, but it's not reliable. So I just build everything in Notion and use Notion AI for most of what I need.

But when I posted about how I connected Threads to Notion, a lot of people followed up asking me to show them how it’s done.

So here's how it works:

Once I've written a full week of Threads content, I run one simple prompt. Everything schedules itself at the right time and I walk away.

Post metrics sync back automatically.

And when a post hits 20 likes, an automatic follow-up fires with a CTA to this email list. When someone clicks that link and signs up, that data syncs back to the exact post that sent them. This all happens live, and in pretty much real time. It’s not like an end of day automation. And I no longer have to track these things manually.

So now I know which posts are actually growing my list (and my AI does too).

So that’s the difference between using a scheduling app and building your content library in Notion. One gives you a dashboard of somewhat irrelevant metrics. The other tells you what’s actually working in your business.

Anyway, like I said, a lot of people replied saying they want to see how this is done.

So if enough people are interested, I’ll walk you through it. First, live in a workshop, and then hand out access to the recording so if you can’t make it live, you can still follow along and get this set up too.

Here’s what you’ll walk away with should you decide to join:

  • The exact writing dashboard I've used to publish thousands of high-performing posts on Threads posts, already built, already optimized, so you can skip two and a half years of trial and error and start creating better content from day one.
  • A complete Threads publishing system that schedules your content, fires follow-ups automatically, and tracks exactly which posts are growing your list, so you stop guessing and start knowing which posts are actually growing your business.
  • A step-by-step framework for connecting and automating anything else in your business using Claude code and Notion, so this isn't just a one-time-setup, you’ll walk away with a skill you can use to keep automating parts of your business over and over again.

The recording will be included in case you can’t make it live.

The price will be $97.

Reply back “workshop” and I’ll gauge the numbers.
