On not mixing too many strategies
This past month or two, I've been caught up in too many different things.
Mixing and matching strategies from too many different teachers, trying to combine all the different things, and somewhere in there I lost focus on what I actually had in mind for The Nature of Marketing community.
Learning from a lot of different people is good. I'll continue to do that.
But I stopped showing up consistently inside the community in effort to “try new things”, which killed the consistency, which is what drives community in the first place. So now I’m focusing on two specific things:
- The community.
- My 1-on-1 marketing clients.
Everything else is a distraction. So, everything I build, create, etc… will have the community in mind first. And my ultimate goal is to make it the most valuable place on the internet for right kind of people (my people) who are writing on Threads, building email lists, and selling offers and services that make the world a better place.
There’s 3 tiers: Free / $7 / $97
I’ll keep it that way for a while, but the goal is to eventually remove the free tier altogether and include a free trial. So whatever plans you get in on now, you’re grandfathered in for as long as you stay. If you get in free, you can stay free forever if you wish. If you get it on $7, you’ll have premium access forever if you wish.
All to say, getting in sooner has it’s benefits.
