Recent list growth stats (chart inside)
Much of what we create is the result of many unseen forces.
Like roots and mycelium comingling beneath the surface of the Earth, everything you decide to do in your business informs the outcomes that you’ll get for yourself (and for your clients too).
Back in December I shared my list growth stats with you.
In 2024, I averaged about 44 new email subscribers per month from Threads. Not bad, but for most of 2025, I took my eye off the ball. I told myself daily email lists just grow slower than weekly newsletters.
Which is a comfortable story to tell myself, but it’s probably less true than I was willing to realize.
The real issue is I was doing too much manually.
Creating daily content, writing daily emails, checking metrics in five different places, copy-pasting data into spreadsheets and AI chat windows in a feeble attempt at analyzing the sheer volume of content I was producing.
In the end, there just wasn’t enough time to create the content and figure out what was working at the same time.
So I changed the way I create…
So here's what changed in the last two months:
I’m automating everything I can in Notion. I sync all my metrics over from Threads directly into my content database. Same with email stats. Analyzed all the content I’ve ever created to generate formatting and style guides.
Now Notion AI can actually see what’s working and help me create better content faster.
Not only is this generating better results (as you can see in the chart below).
But it’s also freed up my time from busywork so I can focus on serving clients and getting into the creative flow instead of dealing with manual data entry or wondering what works.

The cool part is, my entire content system… threads, email, community, etc… is all built on this very same system which I teach inside Threads Organic Traffic.
The very same notion dashboard I demonstrate inside the course fuels my ability to post now 4-5 pieces of content a day, write daily emails, create content for my community, and still serve clients, now without feeling overwhelmed or time constrained.
I’m putting the finishing touches on the public facing version of the Notion dashboard (which you can download and implement into your business within two shakes of a rabbits tale) and it should be done this very week.
And right now you can get your hands on all of it for much, much less than the Claude Opus 4.5 suggested sticker price of $297.
