Hello, I am award-winning, Influential Writing System creator Kevin Hood.

And you know? When I go to sleep at night, I’m not just any old guy going to sleep.

I am award-winning, Influential Writing System creator, Kevin Hood, going to get some much deserved, and well-needed shut-eye.

And when I dream, I don’t just dream any old dream… no sir.

I dream about being two-time, award-winning, Influential Writing System creator Kevin Hood.

Because then… then I would be enough.

It would finally be true, and I could stop this lonely search… for the praise and adoration of all my peers.

But these are important… these awards.

I don’t want you to think that if we zoomed out a little bit, and looked at just our solar system alone, to the point where you couldn’t find any of us, or any resemblance of human history at all with the naked eye…

That the Threads post I made about my Notion writing system yesterday…

That it racked up more than a hundred likes. That it brought in more than a dozen new community members. And that it inspired more than a handful of people to reach out directly about how to implement this system for themselves.

I don’t want you to think… that in the grand scheme of the universe, that this is that big of a deal.

But from our perspective, right here, right now…

This is huge.

Here’s why…

Right now, everyone is obsessing over implementing AI in their business.

Building apps, automating workflows, asking Claude to connect this to that… and I get it, I've been right there with them. But I realized something the other day. Most of what people are building… nobody will actually pay for. Or it will become irrelevant in a few weeks time.

And it’s not because the ideas are bad, but because they a solve a problem for the person building it, not for their customers or clients.

I’ve been tempted to productize this thing and turn it into an app.

But I realized the system I’ve built for myself isn’t the product. The results it produces are the product.

Three years of using this writing system has freed up my time to create more content, better content, and content that actually brings in clients. And when I decided to just start using my extra free time to do more of what’s working, instead of racing to productize it, people started responding.

Suddenly people are interested.

Not because I’m promoting my latest app. But because I’m just doing the thing, showing my work, and getting results.

Which is why, starting in April, I’m going to start teaching the Influential Writing System coaches and service providers who are tired of scrolling for inspiration, tab switching, and fiddling with tech, just to get some content out there to attract new clients.

I’ve got another small promotion I’ve planned for next week.

Then after that, it’s this.
