I gave AI the keys to my writing

Researchers at Harvard Business School pitted individuals with AI against two-person teams without it. And the individuals with AI consistently matched the quality and output of the human only teams.

However…

The individuals with AI worked 16% faster, reported feeling more enthusiastic, energized, and less anxious about their work.

One researcher put it this way…

Not only that, the study was done using GPT-4o which is now roughly nine generations old. With every version since getting better, faster, and more capable of understanding what you need.

People aren’t just being more productive with AI, they’re actually happier with it.

Is it safe say that the nay-sayers are just like the troll under the bridge in that old fairy tale? Loud, mean, and scary-sounding, but ultimately powerless to stop anyone who wants to keep walking towards greener pastures on the other side?
