Nine million automations

Every time I join an AI automation community, the same thing happens.

I scroll through the classroom for about 45 seconds and I am immediately overwhelmed. Nine million automations. Twelve different tech stacks. Claude this, Make that, etc…

There's a template for everything.

But none of it applies to what I actually do.

Which is write.

I write emails, I write Threads, I write for clients, I write sales pages, I write proposals, I write marketing assets, that's my whole business, it's pretty much all writing.

(And research, did I mention research?)

Anyway, do I want to automate stuff in my business? Hell yeah!

Do I want to spend my newfound free time babysitting Claude Code? Hell no!

I think a lot of you are in the same boat. You know AI matters. You're using it every day. But anytime you try to learn something new about it, you get buried in connecting nine different apps you're not sure you even need.

So here's my thinking on that.

The people who actually get ahead with AI aren't going to be the ones fiddling with new technology every 15 minutes. They're going to be the ones who take what they already do and make it better, faster, and more creative.

And when I say "get ahead" I don't mean ahead of everyone else.

I mean ahead of where you're at right now.

Saving yourself time instead of wasting it fiddling. Earning more money instead of just burning it on tokens. Helping more people instead of just feeling more productive (i.e. busy). As far as I’m concerned, that’s what ahead really means.

People who get distracting chasing tools that might not exist in three months will arguably end up worse off than when they started.

Which is why I’ve put a lot of though and research into this lately. What I’ve found is that if you write, create content, and are otherwise focused on the human side of work… connecting Notion with AI is the best answer to knowledge work right now.

Not because it’s the newest or flashiest thing.

But because it gives you a visual, human-readable workspace where you can see and organize everything you do while AI handles all the menial tasks for you in the background.

So if you want a writing system that stops writer’s block before it starts, lets you create content that converts, and gives you back hours of your time each week, I’m planning to run a small group sprint where we’ll build this for you together.

Just reply back “INTERESTED” and I’ll get you the details.
