I won't name names, but

Yesterday I sent out a short email asking if anyone wanted to do a 7-day writing sprint with me.

A few hours later, replies started rolling in.

So far, five people said they were interested.

I won't name names. But here's the kind of folks who put their hand up:

  • A sales and expression strategist who works with women.
  • A local SEO expert who helps physiotherapists get found online.
  • A coach who helps high-performers build portfolio careers.

People in different niches, at different stages, with different goals.

But all writing online. And all looking for something a little more focused than another digital course or bottomless PDF.

Anyway…

I'm honestly pretty pumped to actually run this thing.

It may have been way too long coming.

And if I never started writing on Threads a couple of years ago, none of this would even be possible.

I may never have picked up my daily email habit again.

I wouldn’t have 750+ daily readers on my list.

And I probably wouldn’t be writing for some of my favorite brands on the planet right now instead of shuffling around in dirty crawl spaces under ancient homes in the city of Detroit like I was just a few years ago.

All of it traces back to one small, weird decision:

Write daily on Threads.

Which is exactly why I'm running this sprint.

Currently I’m think there will be a live kickoff call if folks can make it. Possibly two to accommodate different time zones. With an async option for folks who are crunched for time.

Then after that, I’ll send a pre-recorded video for the day, and you can respond with text or video if you have an other questions.

In the end:

  1. You’ll always know what to write about.
  2. You’ll actually write content that turns into leads, customers, and clients.

If you want in, just reply back with "I’m interested" and I'll get you more details early next week.

If not, no worries, you can safely ignore today’s email.

That's it for today,

Kevin Hood
