I’m thinking about offering a magazine element to my membership

Most memberships suffer from one or both of the following:

  1. The content inside grows and grows to the point that it’s overwhelming, new people get confused about different strategies, it feels impossible to navigate, and people run away.
  2. The content inside grows and grows and people think, “Well, it will all still be there tomorrow, I’ll just wait another day before deciding…” and then deciding never comes.

I got this idea from a daily email guy who’s emails I’m particularly fond of…

And he suggested the idea of including a “magazine element” to your subscription offers to inspire people to join sooner rather than later to make sure they get all the content, and also to encourage them to stick around, because the content doesn’t live inside some online storage vault they’ll always have access to, instead, it lives inside a folder each member has created inside their gmail account.

Essentially, the content is delivered daily/weekly/monthly, in an email, and there’s only one way to get access:

Be subscribed at the time it arrived.

It’s like a magazine you’d subscribe to in the mail.

If you weren’t subscribed in January 2026, you didn’t get the January, 2026 issue.

Occasionally, back order issues may be made available, but for the most part, no… if you weren’t subscribed, the information inside is lost to you forever.

And there’s another added benefit to subscribing to a magazine element.

I.e. there more exclusive…

That means, not everyone has access to the useful information contained inside, and therefore you have a bit of an “edge” over everyone else who’s not subscribed. Not to say that it’s about one-up man ship or “being better” than everyone else, but it is about staying at the top of your craft, and being proactive to make your life for future you that much easier, while many others are content to scroll social media or youtube for entertainment (no shade)…

But like it or not, the ambitious entrepreneur is typically afforded some greater elements of success than the disinterested entrepeneur who does barely enough and puts most things off until the last minute.

All to say…

Perhaps this magazine element might seem interesting or useful to you?

If so, I’m curious, what useful bit of information might be missing from you and your day-to-day operations.

Said daily-email-guy mentioned above runs a magazine style subscription containing daily prompts to give you ideas for your daily emails. It’s quite brilliant and entertaining. And while, if being honest, I might use 1 in 20 sent for actual inspiration in writing one of these daily emails, I do have a catalogue stuffed away in a gmail folder with dozens of daily email insights and inspiration.

And now I know, that if I ever am at a loss for what to write in these daily emails…

I’ve got endless amounts of entertaining prompts to refer to, and so I’ll never have to worry about writer’s block when it comes to writing my daily emails every again.

And so to you I ask…

What daily frustration might I take off your plate with such a magazine element contained inside the TNM membership that might inspire you to join and be a part of the community?

I’d love to hear back.

All ideas welcome.
