Maybe no one noticed you left…
But everyone notices when you return.
If you’ve been agonizing over sending your comeback email for the past 3 months, here’s something that might help.
Probably one noticed that you stopped emailing them.
But they’re all gonna notice when you return. And some of them might not be happy about it. But here’s what you can do to make it right.
I know of a 20,000+ person email list that was left unmailed for a year that became a ~1,000 person email list upon its return. Which is pretty sad if you ask me, but not the end of the world. And I know of a 40,000+ person email list that was left unmailed for TWO years, but pretty much stayed a 40,000+ person email list upon its return.
The single biggest difference was how the email list was built in the first place.
But the second biggest difference was due to the “mere-exposure-effect”.
That is, the big list that stayed bigger had a solid content game and internet presence that kept people exposed them during their two year email hiatus. So when they returned, people recognized them. But the first smaller list, that became real small, had no content game.
So if you’ve got a solid content game going, maybe you can pull it off and wait another year.
But if not, you might want to think about sending that comeback email as soon as today.
And I’ve made it easy for you.
I’ve put together a system that will help you write a good enough email in about 15 minutes or less. And it’s available to you today, alongside a number of recently added bonuses, inside Email Sanctuary.
