The laziest good idea I’ve had all year
My recent promo in Kieran Drew’s newsletter was basically my first real attempt at sharing my work with other people’s newsletter audiences.
I’d done it prior using workshops in other people’s communities.
And that works well, but putting on a workshop for someone else’s audience can be a lot of effort.
My other newsletter promo attempts weren’t really great fits, they were executed poorly, and were basically duds.
So this one I did with Kieran was the first time I had something I felt really eager to share, and that I knew if other people could get their hands on it, they’d really be excited about it. Also, it’s the first time I’d done it with someone who had a big enough audience to make it worth while for both of us.
So now I’m eager to do more.
The effort that goes into making it happen is relatively low for both of us. But return for everyone involved is relatively large.
In my case, I’ve already created the resource. In his case, he’s already done the work to build the list. And in the case of people who are reading? More free, valuable, stuff. And so it would seem that it’s like a match made in heaven.
That’s why I’ve already lined up my next list swap.
It’s one I’m particularly excited about. And I will keep you updated on the details as things progress.
But in the meantime, what’s made it so easy for me to start sharing my work with other people’s lists all of sudden, is that I finally created something that I think is both valuable, as well as easy and relevant to share.
And the way I created it is the exact same way the Lead Magnet Wizard shows you how to create yours.
All your ideas about the way you do things, organized and presented in the most effective way possible, using the help of AI. Now I know there’s a lot of people out there who would actively scoff at the idea of using AI to create anything of actual beauty or value.
But here’s how I think about it currently:
If a human spends finite, mortal time and care on something it is beautiful whether AI was involved or not.
Skipping effort is the ugly part.
So if you want to be able to put more effort into making your next lead magnet beautiful instead of whittling that time away on worrying what to create or how to create it.
Then I recommend taking the Lead Magnet Wizard for a spin. And since there’s a money back guarantee, there is no risk to you.
So what do you say? Are you willing to give it a try?
